Funding Your Case.
We understand that it is important to be clear about how a case will be funded right from the outset. Once the level of fees has been agreed, we can accept the payment by bank transfer, cheque or credit card.
Additionally, we hold a contract with the LAA for criminal cases, and can, therefore, represent defendants in criminal cases who are publicly funded (what used to be called legal aid).
We are happy to advise you as to the funding options and, in criminal cases, advise with regard to any possible contribution or costs liability there may be at the end of the case and assist with completing the relevant forms to apply for public funding.
It is important that we keep you informed throughout of the position regarding costs and payment.
