Based on Fleet Street, the practice was established in 2011 by Yaqub Hussain and Bill Evans.

In 2018, Bill decided to go back to The Bar and is now practising as a successful barrister at Millennium Chambers. Yaqub became the sole proprietor who is assisted by the team on the day to day running of the practice, all of whom have made there names at large London Offices. Our stellar growth since our foundation is based upon referral and own client work. We moved to period offices in the heart of legal London in 2012 and have continued to grow, adding several experienced fee earners to our ranks.​

With a reputation for client care and fearlessly fighting their corner, we continue to go from strength to strength and now defend in many of the largest and most high profile criminal cases nationally and internationally.​ We represent clients all over the country – from the North East to the South West – as well as a number of clients based in Dubai and elsewhere in the Middle East.

We are regularly instructed to act for clients with regard to HMRC prosecutions, money laundering, and cash seizures. We also specialise in representing those charged in the most serious criminal cases including murder and large drug importations and conspiracies.
